What are your views on myspace?

I think that it is actually a wonderful idea but is used for the wrong purposes. I also think that all of the younger girls on myspace who get raped by perverts are dumb@$$es. honestly, what are they thinking, putting themselves in danger like that just because they want to meet some "new friends".

I admit that I have a myspace and use it regularly. I am 15 years old but I never talk to people that I personally do not know. If some weirdo sends me messages or friend requests, i dont even read the stuff. And, no, I will not give you my myspace link.

My view? It's a study in narcissism. Your screen name is a testament to that. It gives you the sense that everyone loves you, because to do otherwise would be stupid. "Look how popular I am. I have 4,962 friends who hang on every retarded thing that comes out of my brain! Let's send a bunch of question sheets around to see how many inane facts about me my friends can take before they rise up and put my head in a bowling bag!"

I agree. I have a myspace too(I am 24), and it let me get caught up with a lot of friends from high school that I havent seen in awhile. There are also a lot of friends from work on there as well. I don't have any friends on there that I haven't met in real life though.
