MYSPACE privacy issues?

This is... VERYYYY frustrating.

I made a myspace a few years ago, and I've moved on to facebook, ya know?

On facebook, you have the space to put "favorite books, interests, activities, about me" etc.

Well as an alternative to writing all that, I decided to put it all on my myspace, and put a link to my myspace ON my facebook.

my myspace is "private"

i've lost count of HOW MANY times i have went to account settings; privacy; show everyone or whatever.

IT'S NOT WORKING!!! it's STILL private when i try to type it in on the url thingy.

so i made a brand new myspace and used all the information and codes from my old so it'd be the same...

but it just looks better on my old one and i have tons of friends on my old one too that i dont want to have to search for and become friends with again.

WILL SOME plllleeeeeeeeease HELP ME??

i make it public, and it wont work!!

If your current age on Myspace is under 16, then you cannot set your profile to public.

And if you change your age to pull it off, Myspace will know you lied, and delete the account within days.

Just wait until the age reaches 16.

myspace will change it's settings randomly sometimes and even though you have it set as not private... it could change to private as a privacy thing myspace is doing. when you change it to where everyone can see it make sure you save your settings =]

try the age..sometimes if the age says 14 or under it automatically blocks ur page. but try to go thru all ur personel settings.. make sur wen u click "public" ur also pressing the button underneath it that says save changes..

well the only thing that i can think of is remember to "Save All Changes" when you change the settings. either that or someone else in changing your settings.
